The DCA team brings our purpose to life by using extensive experience and daily involvement in domestic and international debt and capital markets to provide clients with valuable advice on all aspects of their debt and capital needs. As independent advisors with access to the latest market trends, transaction intelligence, and broad market contacts, our team successfully delivers optimal capital structure platforms and outcomes tailored to clients' specific requirements. As one of the most active independent debt advisors in Australia with a focus on complex transactions, common themes that usually result in a DCA engagement include: Event driven – strategic acquisitions, growth / expansion capital expenditure, change in financial performance or debt refinancing Board / senior executive willingness to "test the market" Unhappy with existing bank or requirements for additional banks given increased volume New CFO or Treasurer wanting a fresh perspective Market disruption - loss of client(s); new entrants, declining market share, changing bank behaviour Other financing considerations, including capital management strategies and tax/legislation changes. You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in: Delivering on a diverse range of financial advisory engagements, encompassing various debt and capital markets products and capital structuring advice Building and maintaining relationships with clients, financiers, legal advisers and other associated advisors Supporting the DCA team in the successful execution of transactions, including deal execution, credit analysis, financial modelling as well as the preparation of transaction related presentations and marketing materials Focusing on your self-development through increasing your knowledge of debt products and markets from your high performing team and PwC learning and development opportunities. In our DCA team, your impact will be seen by your: Experience in corporate banking, leverage finance or debt advisory, with a proven track record in deal structuring and credit analysis, as well as in having an understanding of funding documentation Skills in project management, financial analysis and modelling Corporate finance knowledge to deliver innovative financing solutions for clients and working in an integrated team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Interest in financial markets and the broader economy Enjoy being challenged and will have the ability to learn from a passionate team.
